Inserting a Chart In PowerPoint 2007
Inserting a chart in PowerPoint 2007 allows the user to show and compare figures in a graphical way. This makes it easier for the audience to interpret the data.
To do this, follow these steps.
Go to the the insert tab and click the Chart option
This will open a new window that will provide you with a list of options for chart types such as Column, Line, Pie, etc.
After selecting a chart type, the chart will be inserted into the slide. Microsoft Excel will be loaded allowing the user to change the data and thus affecting the chart.
After data is enter/manipulated simply close Microsoft Excel and your done!
